Hello dear bloggie,

its been awhile since I've been here isn't it. 

You might think that I have forgotten of your existence. But worry not, as that's not the case.

It's all about work now. And work has drained me out of me. 

But, again, worry not. I'll not rant about that now. 

Am sharing a few photos taken during my Singapore trip last May.

Singapore will be the second oversea trip that I had after Indonesia 2 years back. 

It was a short and fun trip with the special one. 

Not much huh.

This will be a reminder that yeah, I've been there. Ok Ciao.

Restless ramble

Holla lovely folks!

I haven’t write in ages; the last update that I wrote (excluding my amateur writing of paradisum) was months ago?

I am in limbo now, where times seem to freeze along with this body of mine. I’ve been passive for months and all I’ve been doing for the time being was eat, sleep, read and face the laptop for all days long.  All days lonnnnggg. Well, though I’m dreading the day that I’ll start working, being in this boring state for too long make me no good too. So, I can’t help to wait for the days that I’ll get my ‘calling’ letter and start to get active again.

Talking about the letters or documentations, they are part of reason why I am restless on my longus holiday. Holiday supposed to be good right, but mine isn’t so for me. *Sigh*

The letters. I’m expecting 3 batches of letter but not one has reached me yet. You see, I lived in papar and though few years back we moved to Sepanggar, I never changed my mailing address to my current location for not having a trustworthy address here.  And so, all the letters was mailed there and for some reason, I was unable to stay overnight at my aunt house and being a nocturnal person, a day trip back just for the letter is tiresome ;p, so I called my cousin to help me take them and passed it to my brother, as they are colleague. But the frustrating thing is, my cousin went for outstation after he took the letter and this crazy brother of mine never take me seriously and didn’t take the letters from him until the day he, himself went out for outstation. So now, I’m left hanging here with the letters lying at some foreign place. *Sigh* again. So, All I can do is to wait and wait and be patience.

Another big reason why I am trapped in this place is my driving lessons. I made a big mistake. A seriously huge MISTAKE. I chose the wrong driving institute or ‘branch’ to be exact. This branch of driving institute that I went to has been taken their student for granted. I don’t know how to say this, but in this limited time, when I’m trying to get my license as fast as I could, they are just being ‘unhelpful’. No. It should be something stronger, but I’m trying hard not to use vulgar word here. My classes was postponed for so many times and at crucial time, the tutor was being unreachable. And now I am stuck with my current progress. Have you ever wished hard for something and when it doesn’t go the way that you wanted it to be is causing you serious heart ache? Well that’s how I am now, I was quite confident with this driving thingy at first, but with all these problems, my confidence decrease. Hope that it will end well before my holiday end. *Finger crossed* I just can’t leave this place without completing this saddening quest.

Enough with the depressing stuffs, I want to share the good things about my holiday too. The keywords to describe my heart candy are 3Bs. Books, bake and babies.

Books. I’ve collected a few new read over the holiday, and finished more than 5 novels. Yeay! Books bOoks booKs. But I’m not in the mood to write book reviews on each book though; I’m lazy enough as it is. Hee.

Bake. I finally succeed in the making of a chocolate moist cake after 2 failed attempts. I didn’t snap its picture though, because a mini disastrous thing happened and the presentation was not pretty. Hu. And I also made chocolate fondant and butter cake. All was inspired by sis Stella who was pretty successful with her baking project now. *Heart*

Babies. Well as you know, I’ve been spending 1/3 times of my holiday over my sister’s place and spend some time with the babies. And now that I’ back, I’m missing them. L But the stupid driving lessons are holding me back here. L again.

There goes my ramble of my limbo-ish holiday. Sorry for the negativism of this post. J

Baking project part II

I had another round of baking project after my first attempt failed last holiday. 

But the result was still non-satisfactory.. *Sad*

The oven that I used was an old one and there was an error with the temperature setting, so that the cakes does not rise properly. 

To prevent history from repeating itself, it's decided that my next baking project will be on the day when I bought a new oven. *God know when* 

Don't be fooled by the cupcakes appearance, I covered the disproportionate cake's surface with loads of creams. ;o

I was gonna say that the cakes were edible and the taste was not bad, but it feels inappropriate to praise myself here. Lol.

Just sharing. ;)

Plan.

On each holiday, I'll have a long list of things to do for the one week period, but as usual I failed to do any of it. It's kinda demotivating to say fail tho, I better put it as 'yet to accomplish' any of the plans.  @.@

1. Trip for Telupid

Planned to go to Telupid this holiday and I even made mountain high of promises to my sister regarding this visit. But at the last minute, I had a change of thought and cancelled the plan. Reason being, I had a lot of things in mind and  I have random plans at KK and I won't be able to accomplish any of it if I'm away at Telupid. Sorry Sis.. :(

2. Redo my hair

Frizzy hair, messy hair, unkempt hair. 

Urgh. Yeap. That's how my hair is like now. 

At time, I feel like chopping off all this messy hair, but then, I'll be too 'unique' for the society don't you think. Hehe.

So, I planned to straighten my hair again.

Oh manageable hair, I miss you so much. Hopefully I'll be seeing you tomorrow. *Yeay*

Two unread novels left. *Can't wait for the book vouchers*

3. Make more book reviews

I started the 'book reviews' segment 2 months ago, but being busy with study and all, I didn't manage to update any new "bookish" entry. But, despite being busy with study, I manage to read a few books during my "lazy time". Hopefully, I can write the review for the books that I had read during this holiday. :)

4. The long-postponed plan

I feel like it is a jinx to keep mentioning the thing but never do it. So, I won't be mentioning what the plan is before even starting on it. Hopefully I can cancel out this wishlist off my bucket lists too. *Finger cross*

November Rain

Hello November people! :)

Mr October has packed his bag and leave us all.. and he will come again next year for his yearly visit.

So, we lefted with two more months before Christmas Day and New year..

Time sure is moving fast and in a blink it's gonna be new year again. :)

For this time being, I want to forget about the future and look back at the past for a bit..

Last October would be nice except for the surgery posting exam.

 I screwed my papers and probably would need to repeat the papers on next posting. *Sigh*

What to do. Things happened and all I can say is let bygone be bygone and brace up for the worst case scenario. >.<

And after exam, we have a week of holiday.. and....

Initially, I've listed down a number of things to do on this holiday...

Well.. all the while I were studying for last paper's exam, I will get random ideas of what to do on the coming holiday..

But, as per usual, not all things goes as planned.. and yeah.. memang banyak janji janji palsu toward own self.. *Facpalm*

Lemme just list down some of things that I planned to do this holiday.

1. Register for a driving class

2. Bake a cake

3. Finished my novels

4. Study for coming medicine posting

And out of the four: I have yet to accomplish one. *Facepalm* again.

I failed in registering myself in a driving class as I have no one to send me to the academy, as the only brother that I can depend on is busy with his work. *sigh*

I kinda pushed myself for this for the past few weeks because I will start working next year and knowing the busy life of my chosen career, it will be hard for me to not own my own transport. But, memandangkan tidak berjaya, what to do lah.. I will try again next holiday. Hehehe

Bake a cake.

I had been postponing this plan ever since last Last holiday.

I was planning to bake cupcakes at first but after seeing Sis Stella baked a cheesecake, I was motivated to make one too. Then, just before holiday, she made a chocolate fondant, and it was tempting too.

So, I was juggling the 3 choices in my head and at last minute I decided to make the choc fondant!

I prepared all the things needed to make the awesome cake and will start on the Choco fondant project tomorrow. Yeah! So, this is confirmed to be accomplish punya mission. Hehe

Novels oh novels..

Well, I left 4 of my novels at home to prevent me from reading it over the medical books last holiday.

Now that I have the time to do so, I hope that I can finish at least one of it.

I'm half way through 'Beautiful Chaos'. 4 more days before class start, I can do this!
