"Count your joys instead of your woes; count your friends instead of your foes" ~Irish Proverb
"Every burden is a Blessing" ~Robert H. Schuller
"God will not permit any troubles to come upon us, unless He has a specific plan by which great blessing can come out of the difficulty" ~Peter Marshall
I'm counting my blessings.
My resolution for this year is to fill my jar of happiness to its brim.
:)
Happiness is:
# Falling in love
#Laughing so hard your face hurts
# A hot shower
# No lines at the supermarket
# A special glance
#Getting mail
# Taking a drive on a pretty road
# Hearing your favourite song on the radio
# Lying in bed listening to the rain outside
#Hot towels fresh out of the dryer
#Chocolate milkshake...
# A bubble bath
# Giggling
# A good conversation
# The beach
# Finding a 20 pound note in your coat from last winter
# Eye contact with a hot member of the opposite sex
#Having someone tell you that you're beatiful/good looking
# Friends
# Making new friends or spending time with old ones

ReplyDeleteHi Gee, interesting post.
ReplyDeleteAllow me to add, our life today is not a dress rehearsal. We only get to play one round.
So live your life with no excuses, love with no regrets.
Have fun, and keep a song in your heart.
Best regards,
Lee.
